Booking 

By filling out the online form on our website or contacting us by email or phone, you can book your event at our company. You will need to offer us with the following data:

  1.  Name 
  2.  Contact details
  3.  Date
  4. Time
  5.  Location of your event
  6. Type and size of your event
  7.  Theme and style of your event
  8. Budget and favorites
  9. Any special requests 

We will review your booking appeal immediately and get back to you within one day with a confirmation message. If you approve the quote, you will pay a 50% deposit to save on your booking. The remaining 50% will be due at least seven days before the event day. You can pay by any method, like PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. We will send you a receipt for your payment.

Also, we will communicate with you throughout the process to confirm that everything is according to your hopes and satisfaction. We will reach the venue on the day of the event and set up everything for you. You can sit back and relish your special event while we take care of the decorations and other things.

Partial Exceptions to Refunds

  1. In many cases, we may offer a limited or complete refund of your payment even if you cancel your booking within the cancellation period mentioned. These suitcases include significant changes to our services or products that affect the quality or suitability of your event.
  2. Significant changes to our services or products that disturb the quality of your event
  3. Push majeure events, such as regular wars, tragedies, pandemics, or civil turbulence, that prevent us from offering our services.
  4. Severe illness, injury, or death of you or a close family member that prevents you from joining your event.

These suitcases are subject to our verification and decision. You will need to offer us valid proof of the conditions that led to your cancellation, like a doctor’s note, a death-proven certificate, or a travel veto. Then, we will review your appeal and decide whether to grant you a refund or not. We will inform you of our decision and process your refund within 14–15 days.

 

Termination/Cancellation

Though you are liable when you cancel, you may be subject to a termination fee. The following cancellation policies are applicable:

  1. If you want to cancel your booking more than 14–15 days before the due date, you will obtain a full refund of your payment, and no termination fee will be charged.
  2. But if you want to cancel your booking less than 14–15 days but more than 7–8 days before the due date, you will receive a penalty for your payment, and no termination fee will be charged.
  3. Also, if you want to cancel your booking less than 7-8 days before the due date, you will forfeit your deposit, and a termination fee of 25–30% of the total amount will be charged.

Payment

We need a 50% deposit to approve your booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid at least 7-8 days before the due date. We receive payments by many methods, like credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers. If you want to cancel your booking less than 14–15 days before the due date, you will penalty your deposit. If you wish to cancel your booking more than 14–15 days before the due date, you will obtain a full refund of your payment.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or victims that may happen as a result of our services. You are responsible for confirming that the venue is appropriate and safe for the event and that you have obtained all the essential permissions. Also, you are responsible for ensuring that the guests follow the rules of the venue and respect our property. We reserve the right to dismiss our services if we deem that they are being distorted, damaged, or threatened by anyone.

Rational Property

We own all the rational property rights to our website, products, designs, services, and images. You cannot replicate, duplicate, modify, distribute, or use them for any profitable purposes without our previous written consent. You can only use them for private and non-profitable purposes as a fragment of our services or products.
